Arsenal midfielder, Mesut Ozil has quit the German national team over racism from German media regarding his dual citizenship.
Ozil, in a 3 page tweet, stated that he was open to criticism, albeit constructive; but it is directed at his Turkish decent, it becomes racist.
Ozil said it was unfair to blame the performance of the German national team on his relationship with Turkey.
