OK! #selflove
Surely, there isn't a crime in self-loving yourself.
But take a step back, look at yourself; someone loves you, someone is in a relationship with you, someone agreed to marry you.
It is as certain as it can be, that no one knows us more than we know ourselves. Our deepest and darkest secrets are revealed to no one.
Of course, we all have that thing(s) we keep away from our partners (no need for a "holier than thou" attitude); but irrespective of what it is, would you love your partner the same way if you found out their darkest secrets is what yours is?
The best way to understand someone's challenge is to put yourself in those shoes, after all, only then can you be certain where it hurts.
Would you forgive the same mistake you made, if your partner made same errors?
Many relationships end because of hypocrisy. We do the exact thing we chastise our partners for.
Would you love yourself if you dated or married yourself and you were doing the things you do in secret?
Your partner deserves better. You can be better.
Be someone you would love to be with. Then you can truly #selflove...
